Over time, it turned out that many of the herbs in bitter composition have healing effects on health and, so the cure has gained a well-deserved fame. It seems that this tincture was discovered in the Middle Ages by lthe egendary scientist and alchemist Theophrastus Bombastus von Hohenheim , called Paracelsus, who wanted to create an elixir of plants to prolong youth.

Then add 1 teaspoon of powder fir resin, fennel seed, nettle root and half a teaspoon of turmeric powder. Pour over them a half liter of potable alcohol of 50-60 degrees and let it soak for at least two weeks.
